Fear is the limitation.


Yoga removes the barrier created by fear, the confinement that paralyzes our actions and intentions. Through gaining balance, building strength and remaining flexible, we become capable of facing our perceived barriers - in whatever form they manifest. We engage our new liberation by moving through them and diffusing their grip.

Yoga is at once a philosophy, an art, a lifestyle and a means to ourselves bring balance, strength and flexibility. In times of adversity, balance strength and flexibility are the qualities that matter. So yoga is a practice that liberates us from the perceptions that paralyze us.

            Yoga is all about awareness, and simply waking up.











‘Iyengar Yoga’ has only recently been named for Sri B. K. S. Iyengar. the man who brought yoga from an esoteric study for the few into a relevant practice for the many. His modern approach to this ancient subject has brought a dimension of self-study and awareness to practitioners around the world.
